We all are obsessed with eating healthy food and dieting. But we never thought that what actually our tummy wants or out tongue wants.
It has happened to me a lot of times! I have tried to keep me on a strict diet and once I see something tempting, I fell of the wagon. My weighing scale is always mean to me and so are my clothes.
Going to a gym always seems daunting and irritating. Therefore, exercise is always out of question! I always felt that people those who exercise more lose weight more! Trust me I have tried that too! But that failed as well!
So, what is the real secret behind losing weight? I don’t know! but I will figure out soon. But for now, I am loving myself. My chubbiness. My warmth and my cuteness!
I have stopped depressing myself when people fat shame me. Dear you should lose some extra kilos! Why? I am active I am productive and creative. My extra kilos never bother me in my professional life then why do you care?
I may or may not lose weight. But I will never stop loving myself. So, losing weight is not about hating or punishing. It is about appreciating, loving and caring your body.
Accept yourself in your own skin. Never listen to what people say. People think that being skinny or lean means fit. But they don’t know that you more energetic than others are.
Fat literally is a source of energy. Which means more fat, more energy!! I am not in favour of being a couch potato. But, If you are stuffed with lots of energy, why not use it? Ditch the gym, and run like crazy. Play with kids. Dance in a closed room while no one is watching.
In short, make exercise, or so called “workout” a fun activity. Extra pounds should not bother your lifestyle or your behaviour. Stand in front of the mirror. Pose like a model. You will see the image of most beautiful person in the world!!!
